February 3, 1962 — January 13, 2026

Hazlehurst Ms

On February 3, 1962, a beautiful soul, Ms. Betty L. Kendrick, was born to the union of Frances Ford and Nathaniel Daniels. Betty was the oldest of five children and her mother's side and the fourth child on her father's side.

At an early age, Betty accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and attended Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where her faith was nurtured before her health began to decline.

She later attended Crystal Springs High School and went on to build a life centered around love and family. Betty was the proud mother of four children: Arick Ransom(Shakela Ransom), Xavier Ransom, Jessica Kendrick and Shania Kendrick.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Taelia Ransom of Savannah, GA; Jordan Ransom of Killeen, TX and Adrian Johnson III along with a host of relatives and friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
