Horace Williams was born to Eulias and Emmaline Williams on March 4, 1942.
He was educated in the Hinds County School District. Horace was a hardworking man, he dedicated over 30 years of service to Nall Construction before retiring. He found joy in spending time with family, singing in the choir, hunting and simply "being a good neighbor".
He was preceded in death by his brothers; J.W. and Louis Williams; sisters Iona and Emmaline Williams, and bonus son Joe H. Brown.
On January 7, 2026, Horace peacefully departed this life at Manhattan Community Care Center in Jackson, MS.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Mary L. Williams; two bonus daughters, Patricia McIntosh(Lonnell) and Sarah Thompson(Patrick); three bonus sons, Ben Brown (Angela), Jarvis Charleston(Margurite) and David "Mel" Howze; four brother, Charles, James, J.W. and West(Jessie) Williams and grandchildren, Mark Mahaffey, Torrey, Aaliyah, Jareva, Jennifer and Avon D. Brown, Darius Taylor, Jasmine Hughes and Jamie Willis; Sister-in-law, Hazel Williams, twelve great grands and host of nieces, nephews and friends.
