Kendrick Deward Linson

Kendrick Deward Linson, affectionately known as "Bossie" was born on May 25, 1978, in Hazlehurst, MS to the union of the late John Lee Linson, Sr. and Mollie Ann Gary Linson. He was the youngest of five children, Kendrick was a loving and kind man whose unselfish spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He was especially known for his warm heart, gentle nature and his deep love for dogs. 

Kendrick was a proud graduate of Hazlehurst High School , Class of 1996. After graduation he earned his barber's license and faithfully served his community through his craft. In time, he pursued a career in truck driving , a profession in which he found his true passion and purpose, enjoying he freedom of the open road and the pride of honest work.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, John Welch; his paternal grandparents; and his beloved nephew, Patrick L. King, Jr. 

Kendrick "Bossie" leaves to cherish his precious memories his son, Ja'Kobe Hollins of Pinola, MS; stepmother, Josie Linson; step-grandmother, Maxine Linson; three brothers, Timothy Gary, John Lee Linson, Jr. and Jeffrey Garrett, all of Hazlehurst, MS.; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever treasure his life, love, and legacy
