Ray Lipscomb

THE LIFE AND LEGACY

RAY ANTHONY LIPSCOMB was born September 12, 1970 to parents Vincent C. Lipscomb Sr. and Hattie Evans-Lipscomb-Floyd and peacefully departed this life on September 26, 2026.

Ray attended Crystal Springs High School and later to Jackson State University. Ray was a Truck Driver for years before his health failed him.

Ray was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Carl Lipscomb and brother Terrance Lipscomb of Memphis, TN and his brother Vincent D Lipscomb of Brandon, MS. 

He leaves to cherish his daughter Timeta Davis-Jew (JoeVanus) of Florence, MS.;  a son: Russell Lewis(Diasha) of Ramstein Air Base, Germany; a daughter: Amber Jackson(Michael) of South Carolina;, a daughter Sade Lipscomb-Wells(Marquez) of Brandon, MS and Reagan Lipscomb of Memphis, TN.; his mother Hattie Lipscomb-Floyd and step father  Norman Floyd of Crystal Springs, MS.; sister Carla Lipscomb Wilson of Crystal Springs, MS; his brothers John Marvin Lipscomb (Dawn) of Chicago, IL.; Dale Lipscomb (Antoinett) of Atlanta, GA.;  Vince, Raymond, Cynthia, and his sister Carol Diane Lipscomb and Shundraka Lipscomb all of Memphis; his extended family a brother Norman Floyd III, sisters; Demetric and Shawnta (Rev. Tahon) all of Phoenix, Arizona and a host of grandchildren, family members and beloved friends.
